Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using viewkaro.com (“ViewKaro,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the platform. You must be at least 13 years old to use ViewKaro.

2. What ViewKaro Does

ViewKaro is a social media engagement exchange. Users earn points by watching others' videos and spend points to get views on their own videos. Points can also be converted to cash and withdrawn via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.

3. Account Rules

  • One account per person. Multiple accounts result in permanent bans.
  • You must use real information — fake names, emails, or phone numbers may be rejected.
  • Sharing accounts, selling accounts, or buying accounts is prohibited.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share login details.

4. Prohibited Behavior

The following will result in account suspension and forfeiture of points/earnings:

  • Using bots, scripts, browser extensions, or automation tools to watch videos
  • Submitting videos you don't own or have rights to
  • Submitting content that violates YouTube / Instagram / TikTok / Facebook / Twitter guidelines
  • Submitting illegal, harmful, or adult content
  • Manipulating the point system through any fraudulent means
  • Creating fake engagement (like/subscribe without genuinely engaging)

5. Points & Earnings

  • Points are not currency. They're a platform credit that can be converted to cash at our posted rate (currently 100 points = Rs. 10).
  • Minimum withdrawal: $5 (≈ Rs. 1,400). Payouts are typically processed within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours for first-time withdrawals pending verification.
  • We reserve the right to reverse points or earnings if obtained through fraud, abuse, or error.
  • Unused points don't expire as long as your account remains active (logged in within 180 days).

6. Refunds & Disputes

Point packages purchased with real money are non-refundable once delivered. If your video link doesn't receive the expected views due to a platform issue (not external factors like your content being removed by YouTube), we'll refund the corresponding points. Contact support@viewkaro.com.

7. External Platforms

ViewKaro is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, or X (Twitter). Those platforms have their own terms which you must also follow when submitting content.

8. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Profile settings. We may suspend accounts violating these terms. Upon suspension for cause, forfeit points and pending withdrawals may not be recovered.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you via email and on-site banner for material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
